Vamana is the first of the five Panchakarma cleansing procedures — a controlled therapeutic emesis that eliminates excess Kapha dosha (mucus and phlegm) from your body. It is performed under strict medical supervision by our experienced Ayurvedic physicians.

This procedure is preceded by several days of internal oleation and external oil therapies to loosen toxins from your tissues. On the day of treatment, a special herbal drink is administered to induce therapeutic vomiting in a controlled manner.
